Being Present For Yourself

When I am present, I am able to clearly understand that I have everything that need:

⚜  Peace
⚜  Love
⚜  Health
⚜  Safety

I have spent countless hours in therapy, soul searching and depending on others to help me heal from trauma and events from my past. What I did NOT do was focus on the present, my future and acceptable ways to find balance in my personal and professional life that would more than likely work best for me at that time.

I have the unique perspective of having served in the military for 20 years, being a military spouse, a mother and a Master Resilience Coach, all where the foundation for successful outcomes for myself and others was to be present.

I have learned that when balance is absent from everything that I am trying to accomplish and the person that I NEED to be, I just waste time and energy, my health declines and I create bad habits.

Today I encourage you to just be present.
